Just two weeks before the UN International Day for Persons With Disabilities, UBC gives a sneak peek at a special exhibit that will both honour and make histroy when it opens on March 9, 2010 at UBC Robson Square.
Unique and groundbreaking, Out from Under: Disability, History and Things to Remember presents a compelling snapshot of the history of disabled people in Canada.

The Province of BC would like to invite you to take part in free outdoor skating at the new GE Plaza at Robson Square from noon to 9:00 p.m. on November 23 and November 24. Public skating will continue daily from noon to 9:00 p.m. on the GE Plaza until the start of the 2010 Winter Games.

There are only 100 days left before the 2010 Olympic Winter Games begin in Vancouver. UBC students, staff, faculty and friends may already have plans for the Winter Games, but for those looking for some inspiration, the UBC 2010 Olympic & Paralympic Secretariat has put together some suggestions on how to get involved.

UBC students, staff, faculty and friends are beginning to plan their personal participation in the Winter Games.
To help with this process, the UBC 2010 Olympic & Paralympic Secretariat has put together a list of key Olympic-related dates for both the UBC Point Grey and Robson Square campuses.
